- Who owns the information I load into BotDesk?
- You do. The documents and sources you upload belong to your account; BotDesk uses them exclusively to power your bot — never to train third-party models or serve other accounts.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can move up or down a plan whenever your channels, knowledge areas, or conversation volume change.
- Can I try BotDesk before deciding?
- Yes. Every plan comes with a 7-day free trial: load your own information and see how it answers with it, with everything that plan includes. If you would rather see it before setting it up yourself, get in touch and we will walk you through a case similar to yours.
- What happens when the 7 days are up?
- The first month of the plan you chose is charged and the account keeps running without interruption. To pay nothing, cancel before the 7 days are over — you can do it yourself from the panel, at any time, no questions asked.
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- Yes. Payment details are entered at the start, through Stripe’s secure checkout — we never see them. Nothing is charged during the 7 days, and if you cancel before they end, nothing is charged afterwards either.
